Service Provision Platform "Helpyk"

This Privacy Policy constitutes a legal statement explaining how Helpyk s. r. o. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects the Personal Data obtained from users (Clients and Service Providers) of the "Helpyk" mobile application and web platform (the "Service").

Processing payments, managing the temporary holding (escrow) of funds, and transferring payment upon Order confirmation. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Communication Data

Messages, recordings (if applicable), and other information exchanged between the Client and Service Provider within the in-app communication features.

Facilitating essential communication for clarifying Order details, dispute resolution, and ensuring quality assurance.

Feedback Data

Reviews, comments, and ratings (1-5 stars) left by Clients.

Building the Service Provider’s public rating, reputation, and improving overall Service quality.
